My practice is heavily influenced by person-centred therapy. I believe that we all have the potential to grow and change when provided with the conditions to do so. I will provide a physically and psychologically safe, calm and confidential environment in which to work in the hope that you are able to explore the depths of your experience without fear.
I aim to provide you a space to be heard, to be understood, to be free from judgement and to be you. I offer you this space in a calm and confidential space in my home, on the main Lincoln to Skegness road.
