If you are struggling with depression, difficulties in relationships, grief, anxiety or trauma, then the process of counselling can be deeply transformative. I offer a human-to-human therapeutic relationship. I'm non-judgmental, deeply empathic and compassionate; with years of experience as a humanistic therapist. I walk alongside my clients accompanying them on their journey of healing, awareness and change. I do this by deep active listening and bring anything on the edge of awareness into the light, through a client-led approach.
I have worked as a counsellor in various organisations, as well as in private practice. This includes the NHS and a domestic abuse service. I presently work part-time for MIND's counselling service.
