Are you looking to change your major relationships, or your job? Do you want to improve your self-esteem or are seeking the confidence to rebuild yourself after a traumatic event? A managerial past leaves me ideally placed to help clients experiencing workplace stress, in addition to this, my specialisms include: general anxiety, depression, bereavement and self esteem issues. I offer counselling to clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns without judgement via face to face Walk & Talk, telephone & online sessions
I will work as hard as you do in assisting you through whatever decisions you decide to make in your life. You will not be alone but you will own responsibility for your progress and you will face challenges along the way. I will be there to support you, listen to you and to help make plain the issues that cause you confusion and pain.
