As a creative psychotherapist who works with clients who have these experiences, I am here to support you in this process, in a safe, inclusive, neuro-affirming environment.
I have a lot of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals. I use conversation and creativity to help my clients unlock thoughts and feelings that might otherwise feel inaccessible. I work together with a client, accommodating their needs and preferences, to find new ways of processing their feelings and self-reflecting.
Being in the process of therapy can help you gain understanding for why you feel the way you feel. You'll learn to develop self-compassion, self-acceptance and the confidence to overcome certain challenges. Feeling heard and understood can be the most important steps towards authentic, meaningful and lasting change, and I am here to help you find your way.
