Many of us at some point in our lives, feel the need to ask for help…. It may be a combination of experiences that leave us feeling drained and unable to cope, or a sudden crisis or trauma that destabilises our world. We can be left feeling angry, depressed, highly anxious and out of control, or even suicidal. Counselling is an opportunity to explore these feelings in a safe, secure and confidential space, where we can make sense of them together and find a way forward that feels right for you. Working together, I can help you live the life that you want to live, and not a life you feel you ought to live.

I am a fully qualified and accredited person-centred counsellor and clinical supervisor working with adults of all ages. I work in person, online (Zoom) or over the telephone.

I offer a free initial appointment of 30 minutes either online or face to face, to find out what brings you to counselling, how I can help and whether we are a good fit. I will also tell you a little more about how I work and answer any questions you may have. I am based in Hillmorton with on-site parking.
