I have spent 16 years learning and gathering knowledge around ADHD and Autism as I have a personal vested interest in this field. I have been blessed witn the opportunity to work with a broad range of individuals who empower and inspire me to learn more so that I can share more. My aim is to help more newly diagnosed adults understand their conditions from a brain science perspective and to assist them in rediscovering their personal mastery and wellbeing.
I work around rejection sensitivity, acceptance and self regulation. I believe that once the person has the right scaffolding in place within their environment, they will succeed. I begin my sessions by giving my clients an overview of ADHD from the brain science perspective and an overview of the Executive Function Model as well as Rejection Sensitivity.
The tips and coping strategies I offer, help my clients navigate life, without shame and stigma and offers them an opportunity to examine the mastery their neurodivergent brain has to offer.
