Hello, and a warm welcome! I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and EMDR therapist. I am a registered member with BACP, NCS and EMDR UK & Ireland. I have attended additional training in the Rewind Technique, DBT Essential Skills, PNMH, Trauma, CBT-T and Clinical Supervision. I have over 20 years experienced of counselling clients in different settings, presenting with a range of difficulties. For the past 9 years I have worked as Counsellor for the NHS, primary mental health and staff wellbeing across South Wales. I have a special interest in treating clients who have experienced Trauma & Work related issues/stress.
