As a Clinical Psychologist, I have a wide-range of training and experience in different models of therapy, including; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Consequently, I can offer a bespoke service that will best support you and your preferred way of working.
