It can be hard to acknowledge that you are not feeling okay, and even harder pretending that you are. If you’re struggling to cope with something, or you feel lost, or stuck, if you’re unhappy in your relationship/marriage, or you feel numb or detached after experiencing something traumatic; I may be able to help. If you can find a quiet and private space, we can meet once a week in a secure virtual space where you are free to reflect and gently explore whatever you are experiencing. We can work together for an agreed period of time or we could leave it open-ended to explore at greater depth. You can decide what feels right for you!
I provide a warm and confidential space where we can begin a gentle exploration of your thoughts and feelings; which may uncover any deeply held beliefs. I am also a Trauma Therapist with a focus on our relationship and supporting you to achieve stabilisation, safety and integration after any experience that has resulted in post-traumatic stress.
