I have experience of working with a variety of issues including anxiety and depression and I have worked in a GP surgery. I have completed Bereavement Training courses and I am a volunteer with Cruse Bereavement Care. I am a trained integrative counsellor which means I incorporate different approaches into my therapy to best suit the needs of the client.
My aim is to provide a safe, caring and welcoming environment where you the client are valued and respected. I understand taking the first step and making initial contact may be difficult for you so I offer a free consultation session by phone when you can ask questions about counselling and discuss any queries which you may have.
