Whether you have been experiencing difficulties with your mental health for many years, or whether you are going through a challenging situation at the present time, our experienced psychologists can help you to find a way forward. Our psychologists can help with a wide range of problems including anxiety, depression and trauma. We also have specialist experience in working with long term health conditions and adjustment. We are experienced in a variety of therapeutic approaches and will work with you to find the right approach for your individual needs. We provide face to face appointments in Newcastle or online appointments.
Our clinic also offers assessment and diagnosis of ADHD. Embarking on a diagnostic journey can be challenging and we try to support you through the process. Our high quality assessments aim to be comprehensive and provide meaningful information on how the diagnosis relates to any difficulties you are experiencing, whilst also recognising your strengths.
We understand that coming to therapy can be daunting and therefore we initially prioritise building the therapeutic relationship. We offer a non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about your problems. We will work with you to gain a shared understanding of what is maintaining your difficulties and how you can make changes and achieve your goals.
