I have had a diverse set of clients in the last 14 years. Most clients come to our sessions with depression or anxiety. Some may have trauma or loss. I want clients to have independence of what they would like out of counselling. Some want CBT and I offer this. Some may want only a short number of sessions, others may wish to ask for long term counselling. Both of these can be negotiated throughout the therapy. Everybody wants to feel better and return to their former self. I want this too for all of my clients. Have a good day
Through talking out loud I would like you to share your issues in a confidential environment. I offer person or client centred therapy which is offered by the National Health Service. I can also offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy which together we aim to reduce various mental health conditions such as depression, PRSD and anxiety disorders.
