I am a qualified counsellor who provides a safe, non judgemental, confidential space for clients who may have lost their way in life. I have gained many years experience in working within a crisis intervention and mental health hub. I have a particular interest in mental health pre/ post pregnancy and menopause, exploring the negative impact this can cause during these stages of life.
My areas of expertise are in anxiety, drug/ alcohol misuse and all areas of mental health to include peri mental health. Through lived experience in many of the areas mentioned, I feel that my connection with clients is real. I understand that life can be hard and sometimes we just that one person to listen.
I want to give clients the safe space in which they deserve to be heard and for them to tell their story. I feel that in letting a client tell their story, it’s giving them that start to begin their journey. Here we can explore your story together, and you will gain experience and insight into your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
