Hi there and welcome to my profile page. Im Tricia I am a qualified counsellor trained in CBT integrated with other models of therapy. Life can be challenging and sometimes we need extra support. We may find it difficult to talk to those close to us for fear of burdening others, being judged, embarrassed, not heard or not understood. Ive worked in different fields in the NHS for around 30 years and am experienced in working alongside people from lots of different backgrounds.
