Sometimes during our lives we can experience anxiety, stress and depression. Maybe life has become difficult and we can’t cope, or have lost our direction? I work with individuals, offer couples counselling, and support people experiencing anxiety, depression and stress. In addition I also offer Anger Management support. You Need Not Struggle. I have counselled and support clients with a variety of life’s problems, from specific concerns to issues where the client is less sure as to the cause of their unhappiness. I share my time currently between Adult Mental Health Day
Alongside Integrative talking therapies, I also use Art as a therapeutic tool. I provide clinical supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists. My main area of specialty is Transgender and Gender Variance, I identify as Gender Fluid. I am the author of the book "A Reflective Guide to Gender Identity Counselling"
I work within the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy - BACP Ethical Framework. www.bacp.co.uk/ethical_framework/ I have supported clients both long and short term: During times of personal distress, relationship difficulties, and other life changing events. Coming to terms with, and gaining understanding of past issues and traumas.
