Hello and welcome. Thank you for taking the first step by looking here. Working with warmth and building trust is at the core of my approach and by taking one step at a time, in a safe space we can work collaboratively in achieving your aims and seeing yourself in a different light. We all come to counselling for our unique reasons. When stress, overwhelm, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma start to feel like too much, they can dominate every aspect of our lives – from our behaviours and relationships to our work and overall well-being.
I believe in you, and your inner resources. I aim to walk alongside you with compassion to help you explore meaning, grow in awareness and develop coping and managing mechanisms. I'm also a practitioner in the REWIND technique aimed at alleviating traumatic events, PTSD and Phobias. Working in this way you don’t need to talk about the trauma the itself.
I deeply believe in the power of connection and support. My core values centre around building trust. I offer therapy face to face, online and over the telephone and I welcome you getting in touch to explore whether working together could feel right for you!
