It takes courage to embark on the therapeutic journey, yet is one that can be personally and professionally transformational even if that feels unlikely right now. I have learnt from experience, that there is always a path that can be found to understand, come to terms with, and get through even the most challenging situations, overwhelming feelings, self-doubt. Importantly I offer a non-judgemental, empathic, confidential and safe environment which invites you to unpack and explore your emotions , to unload and express whatever it is that you have been holding on to, or struggling with.
I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am a professional and dedicated therapist with a good experience of working with adults and older adults with a broad range of issues and concerns such as anxiety, depression, bereavement and addiction. I have a particular interest and experience in working with trauma related issues.
Your therapy can be short or long term, whichever suits your needs. It can be hard to know what to expect, so I invite you for a 30 minute free consultation to discuss together what you are looking for and whether you feel comfortable to embark on this journey together.
