Clients set the pace of the sessions and any goals you want to work on. Growth and change occurs when we are able to understand ourselves better. I offer compassion, empathy, understanding and authenticity. I successfully work with trauma, specifically, childhood trauma, enabling clients to safely lean into whatever comes into their awareness.
I build deep therapeutic relationships with all my clients. Together we will explore aspects of your life you are finding difficult, resulting in you being empowered to live a more meaningful life.
