I offer a safe place where you can be truly heard - not judged or told what to do. I work in whatever way is best for you and most appropriate to the circumstances that you are dealing with. Whatever you are facing - you don't have to do it alone. Together, we can find your way forward. I have over 25 years experience in counselling & psychology and have worked in the UK & NZ. I work with adults & teenagers. I enjoy working with counselling students and I am a former tutor. I am also a qualified supervisor.
I have experience working in many areas - including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, relationship difficulties, low self esteem & confidence, loss, bereavement and a wide range of eating issues . As a result of my own difficult journey with food, weight and body image, I have a real passion for helping people who are struggling in similar areas.
I offer a free, initial half hour session so that you have the opportunity to decide if I am the person you would like to work with. Daytime & evening available. Sessions can be face to face in my counselling rooms in Rodbourne, SN2 or on-line. Free parking available. I offer a reduced rate for counselling students and 90 min supervision for £75.
