Are you coping with anxiety, relationship issues, life changes, loss, depression, stress, change, low self-esteem or perhaps you are just not feeling as you'd like? Life can be hard and managing feelings or situations can sometimes be overwhelming. Whatever you are faced with, I’m here to support you. I work with adults and teenagers whenever they need support.
I'm trained in many theories or approaches and I use these to blend the best solution for you. For example, CBT works really well for many people but not those who aren't able to commit to homework or don't like form filling. I specialize in anxiety, OCD including covert OCD or "Pure O", bereavement & self-esteem/confidence issues.
I believe that creating a confidential, trusting, judgment-free and respectful relationship is critical to good counselling. For self-funding clients, I offer an 'awareness' session free and without obligation. You can bring a friend or family member along for support to this initial chat about you and how we might work together.
