My name is Julie and I love living in the city, the hustle and bustle of life and human connection. I worked in hospitality management for 25 years and understand the pressures of working full time while running a business and a home. I believe that therapy should be an open space for us to come together and work out what is going on and how you can make some changes to make life better.
I am an integrative trained counsellor - what does that mean? This means that I have taken the time to look at a number of different ways of working with clients, you may have heard of CBT, psychodynamic etc. I studied all of these and use aspects of them to work with you to form your own way of being.
