I have a sliding scale from £20 to £60 varying with your income to make counselling with me as affordable as possible - it should not be the privilege of the well-off. You may be clear what brings or you may just have a sense that life could be so much better. Perhaps it is a new difficulty or something that you have struggled with most of your life. We can explore it all, safely and help you find a better, happier way of living.
Research now shows that it can be just as effective as face-to-face work and with the same warmth and depth of relationship. I don’t think of you as an “issue” but as a unique person with many strengths as well as vulnerabilities who just now needs a particular type of support to find the best way to live the kind of life you want and deserve.
