I take a pluralistic, integrative approach to therapy, which means I don't think there is one 'best' therapy that fits all. Instead I stay open to different ways of working and listen to what is important to you. This could include exploring experiences from the past that feel unresolved, or issues that concern you about the present or future.
My aim as your counsellor is to create a warm and understanding environment where we can work together on a common goal, and that goal is for you to achieve a greater sense of well-being.
