Hi, I am a trainee Psychotherapist in my fourth year of training towards an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at BCPC in Bath. I have been seeing clients for two years. My approach is to create a non-judgmental, supportive space that feels safe enough for you to explore.

In order to change patterns of behaviour it helps to understand the unconscious motives that drive them
