Hi, my name is Tola and I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, which means that I am able to work with you on a range of issues such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, abuse, bereavement/ loss, self-harm, motivation, relaxation, to name just a few. I am experienced in working with adults, young people and children within a school setting.
I offer online sessions with availability for weekday evenings/some mornings. There is the possibility of in-person sessions in Havering/Grays so do let me know if this is your preference.
