Hi, I am Tinashe currently based in Doncaster and I am currently offering individual online and telephone counselling I have experience working with both adults and CYP. In my work with clients I use integrative approach including person centred, cognitive behaviour therapy and solution focused therapy. I work with clients experiencing addictive behaviour such as sex , porn and substance addiction, relationship problems, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem and sexual identity. Currently I am studying a Level 5 sex and porn addiction course and offering a discounted counselling sessions.
My approach is warm honest, non-judgemental. My goal is to work with you at your pace to identify the root of your troubles and through identification we can work towards self-acceptance and healthy coping skills. I offer long term, short term and immediate single session depending on client's wishes and also on the reason for seeking counselling
