I'm an accredited Psychotherapist and Trauma Specialist and I have extensive experience of working with clients who are survivors of childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence and post-traumatic stress disorder. I have also successfully helped numerous clients tackle a wide range of issues. Examples of these are anxiety, depression, anger management, problems with relationships, family issues, trauma, shame, cultural identity, discrimination, bullying, career counselling, life coaching, bereavement, loss, loneliness, emotional abuse, addiction, low self-confidence, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts and life stresses.
