I am a fully qualified counsellor with a specialism in working with clients who have experienced trauma, abuse or negative life-events. I help clients process difficult emotions and in turn help create coping strategies for triggers and flashbacks. This safe exploration and self-care leads to a stronger sense of self and a new found confidence.
