I have experience working with individuals experiencing various difficulties such as depression, anxiety disorders (social anxiety, health anxiety, OCD), panic, phobias, trauma symptoms, low self-esteem and confidence, relationship/communication breakdowns, stress or a feeling of disconnect from yourself and others. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to explore difficult emotions or conflicts you may wish to address. I work using a variety of methods whereby I can support by offering alternative coping strategies and techniques in line with CBT or offer reflection to help you increase your awareness of your needs.
I am an integrative counsellor with the working relationship between me and my client at the core of the support I provide. I have experience of supporting individuals from a range of backgrounds and ages. I have worked with mental health charities, NHS mental health services, trauma support services and corporations.
