Hi, I'm Kristina Hill, a qualified and accredited counsellor and supervisor with a background in psychology and mental health. I have extensive experience supporting adults, children, and young people in various settings including charities, private practice, and the NHS. My background equips me to address a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions.
