Matrescence is the term given to describe the process of becoming a mother. I support women through their motherhood journey drawing on clinical psychology and matrescence tools.
Adjusting to motherhood can be difficult in so many ways. I am here to help guide you through your matrescence journey, whatever that looks like for you. I also support mothers (& employers) with the transition of returning to work. I offer a warm, compassionate and understanding space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings around becoming a parent.
