My name is Lou and I am the Neurodivergent Therapist. My clients would describe me as honest, uplifting and empowering. In 2020 I received an ASD diagnosis and I now work with neurodivergent clients only. Much of my work involves supporting my clients to actualise and be free to live good lives as neurodivergent people. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate enough to work with a great variety of people from multiple backgrounds, countries and social groups. I am passionate about offering a service that is client-centred, wellness-focused and fun. I am a sex-positive therapist, an LGBTQIA+, trans ally and pleasure activist.
I am an integrative therapist who blends coaching, consultancy and coaching in my session. I enjoy using Psychoanalysis, Ecotherapy and intuitive therapy and I work solely with neurodivergent clients. I also have a Ph.D. in Nature and Mental Health and am passionate about using nature in therapy. I currently do all of my sessions via zoom or by telephone.
