‘The Journey’ is a small group of male Psychotherapists specialising in three areas: mental health challenges, relationship difficulties and career related issues. Working on a one-to-one basis, you will be able to talk privately within a safe, confidential space. Together, we will work through your current situation and what’s brought you to reaching out. We will work through your past, reflecting on the significant events and how they have impacted you. When you feel ready, you can begin to build a future that you really want, one that motivates you and excites you. A future that you really want.
Whether you're experiencing anxiety, stress, ADHD. relationship challenges, barriers to career progression, sexual or social issues we can support you. Our small team of male therapists have first hand experience of these challenges and specialise in working with male clients. Together, we can work through the difficulties you are experiencing.
Following an initial consultation, we will identify the therapist within our team that would be most effective to meet your needs. You can establish a regular consistent time each week when you can meet, creating a framework for your therapy sessions. In each session, you can will receive the core conditions of the Person Centred Approach.
