I’m an experienced integrative therapist working with individuals struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression and relationship issues. I work with clients to explore their current emotional concerns to understand underlying and often unseen issues. It is this process that opens up positive change.
I see therapy as offering a space to step aside from your everyday life - a confidential and judgement-free space - where we approach your concerns with curiosity and compassion. By exploring the feelings and experiences you find difficult, we will uncover, process and come to understand what might be holding you back.
