I have experience in working with clients on a variety of issues such as loss and change, life-transitions, immigration, work related issues, relationship problems, couple issues, body-image, perfectionism, shame, low self-esteem etc. I will offer you a safe and non-judgmental environment in which you will be able to talk freely and explore your concerns.
I believe the most important factor in establishing a positive therapeutic counselling relationship is that you feel safe and comfortable to engage in the work with me. After our brief introduction by telephone, email or text, I will then offer free half an hour appointment to assess whether counselling could be the right form of support for you.
