Hello, my name is Tess, I'm a qualified counsellor offering therapy sessions to individuals, online and in person in Mid Wales. I offer a radically compassionate, non-judgmental and if needed, a challenging space for people wanting to explore their experience of the world. As well as talking, we may use creative methods, somatic (body) awareness and mindfulness if you choose.
I have experience and a particular interest in supporting clients through their grief, in all of it's many forms and expressions. I also have an interest in exploring identity creation, struggles in relationships and responses to stress and anxiety. Please see my website for more details about me and my approach to therapy.
My sessions are client led, creating space for you to explore your world at your own pace. I hope to support you to explore your life in a different way, to begin to recognize and understand your habitual responses and behavioural patterns, to develop self-compassion and to learn to be with, and to integrate, all parts of yourself.
