To make this a little easier I offer a free initial telephone call to help you to work out if I am the right counsellor for you. All of us benefit from feeling listened to, accepted and understood. I believe in treating the whole person within a therapeutic relationship, working holistically to ensure that the relationship between client and therapist is open, honest, non-judgemental in a confidential space.
I trained as an integrative person-centred counsellor qualifying in 2014. Integrative counselling allows me to draw upon lots of different ways of working, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness , Transactional Analysis (TA) and EFT to name a few, this means that I am able to tailor the sessions to your needs rather than to a specific model.
I have 10 years experience working face to face and online in lots of different settings, the NHS, counselling NHS staff, young people 16 to 20 at Cirencester College, Farmor's Secondary School, Cotswold Counselling and more recently in Private Practice.
