I am an experienced counsellor and life coach working within private practice, specialising in one-to-one counselling and couples counselling. Working with various levels of Anxiety, Depression, overcoming anxious thinking, self-empowerment, emotional healing, trauma and relational issues. Offering a confidential and safe space to explore why you feel the way you do. I am a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) qualified in Person-Centred Practice.
My role is to support you in making the discoveries necessary for lasting change. Supporting my clients to explore naturally with a person-centred focus, offering emotional support through active listening, empathy and positive regard. Meeting clients within their level of experiencing through realness and transparency.
