I see each client as individual and unique, each with their own set of histories, life experiences and journeys. I believe that we all ultimately hold the strength and resilience within us to shape the person we want to become and lead the life we want to.
I can provide you with an opportunity to talk about your problems, fears, anxieties or aspirations in a confidential and non-judgemental space. I do not claim to be an expert on your feelings, only you can know how it feels to be you, but my hope is that through offering you a space in which you feel safe, heard and valued you will feel able to move forward.
Like many people, I too have benefitted from having counselling at challenging times in my life. My experiences helped me to gain more self-awareness, led to greater fulfilment and inspired me to train as a Counsellor.
