Hi my name is Tammy and I am an experienced person centred counsellor. I work with adults and children/young people. I know how difficult it can be to take this first step, coming to counselling can feel overwhelming. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore your worries and concerns. Somewhere you can offload and I will listen without judgement. I believe that the relationship is key and building trust is vital. You are the expert in your life and I will adapt my practise to work in the way that you feel is right for you.
I previously worked in a counselling charity for many years and have experience of supporting people in a wide range of issues. Anxiety, depression, relationship issues and more. I also have experience of working with Neurodiversity.
