I am a specialist in the field of trauma recovery, self-worth and body image difficulties. My approach focuses on helping you understand yourself and develop a healthy relationship with yourself. I employ creative and visual methods to ensure that you understand the roots of your problems, what keeps you stuck and map out a way forward.
Our thoughts and emotions can get the best of us which can lead us to develop self-sabotaging behaviours i.e self-criticism. We don't do this on purpose. No one chooses to suffer or increase their suffering. No one asks for depression or anxiety, yet these are experiences that can become too overtly familiar.
