My way of working involves building on the therapeutic relationship and trust with you, in aim to sensitively navigate through the labyrinth of experiences in your life and mind. I facilitate a non-judgmental environment to explore and validate your thoughts, feelings and emotions, and cultivate self-development/awareness towards the values that are in line with authentic self.
I work pluralistically, which means that I draw on different approaches and tailor the therapy to suit your individual needs. I believe that you are the expert of your life and encourage you to be an active participant in the decision-making process that shapes your therapy sessions, enabling us to identify and utilise your preferences and strengths.
I offer empathic understanding and warm, confidential space to acknowledge and address your difficulties, unhelpful thoughts and behaviour patterns that hold you back or keeping you stuck.
