Talking Spaces: Counselling for men is an accessible counselling service for men’s mental health, available in-person at out Hartlepool hub, or nationwide via online video counselling.
We offer help and support for a wide range of mental health issues such as anger management, gambling problems, substance misuse, anxiety and depression, bereavement and loss, post traumatic stress disorder, domestic abuse, gender identity issues, LGBTQIA therapy, social anxiety, stress and burnout, divorce, OCD, and relationship issues.
I value difference, honesty, integrity, finding your own way, standing out and embracing uniqueness, being connected, the counselling relationship. I strongly believe people can find their own answers. I know that I am not here to fix, rescue or collude. I don't have all the answers, although I might have an idea here and there.
