Hello, and welcome. I am Francesca, a well qualified, experienced and professional psychotherapist supporting individuals to work through feelings of anxiety, depression, relationship problems, anger, grief and loss. I run Talk for Change Therapy from welcoming premises in Princes Risborough, and High Wycombe supporting adults, and young people from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of issues. I work as a humanistic integrative psychotherapist and believe that you are the best person to know what you need to live well and work to support you to determine this.
Through psychotherapy I listen without judgement and confidentially to whatever you decide to bring. I will support you to make sense of yourself and your experiences and together with your thoughts and emotions explore options and choices for changes you may want.
