I am an qualified integrative counsellor, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to suit your needs, as I feel one approach does not fit with everyone, therefore I have adopted different approaches. I want to provided you with a safe, honest, and empathic space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours without Judgement.
If you feel unsafe, scared, unheard, threatened, rejected, powerless, unloved or blamed discussing these feeling will help. I do not tell you how to change your life, but I can support you in exploring and becoming aware of it. I am interested in all of the influences in your life that have made you the person you are today. I except you for who you are.
