To say a bit about myself, I’m trained at Masters (MSc) level in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy. I've managed a mental health team (Student Support and Wellbeing) at University College London, worked at Waterloo Community Counselling, within an NHS multidisciplinary team working with survivors of child sexual abuse and a men’s residential unit which delivers personalised support for men with complex mental health needs.
