My name is Susthama and I trained in Buddhist psychology. This approach is based on the principles of compassion, mindfulness, and the wisdom of looking deeply and appreciating the difficulties and challenges that we face in our lives. Whether you are suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, or would like some help to explore areas that are challenging with an experienced practitioner then I can facilitate and support you in a way that is gentle and compassionate.
