Hello, my name is Susie and I live with my husband and two teenage daughters in Newcastle. I have developed my deeply healing, compassionate, spiritual and mindful therapy through two decades of personal healing and inner work and over 10 years of empowering hundreds of therapy clients to change and grow.

Alongside talking therapy, my mindfulness-based facilitated inner healing practices can allow you to go deep within to uncover the hidden roots of your issues, heal emotional trauma, re-parent your inner child and free you from stressful thoughts, beliefs and patterns.
