I would love to be of help. It can be confusing and difficult to find a counsellor who really fits with you. But, it is so important to feel at ease and fully heard. That’s the starting point, and truly at the heart of what I do.
I offer person-centred counselling for adults and young people (11+) in a warm and confidential setting, giving you time and space to reflect, explore, heal and grow. I will respect and meet you as a unique individual with your own wholly unique story. I am here for you, to listen and create a relationship of trust, empathy, and non-judgemental acceptance.
I work with people from all over the UK online - with daytime, evening and weekend availability - or in person in my light-filled counselling studio in Marlow (Bucks). I also work with clients in Central London or we can ‘walk and talk’ in local woods on wonderful trails. You can decide whether you need a single session or ongoing short/long-term support.
