As a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, I have helped many people overcome anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. I use evidenced therapies to help you learn ways to tolerate and manage emotions, change your patterns of trying to manage them, and improve relationships. I am warm and person-centred, and work with you in a compassionate non-judgemental way.
